Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is a joint effort between the therapist and their client. The goal of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality-of life for clients who might need help with issues that are hard to face alone, such as emotional trauma from abuse/mental illness etc.
Group Therapy
Group counseling is a structured, interactive process where members of a group share their experiences and learn from one another by sharing stories. The experience might make them feel better about themselves because they are not alone in feeling this way.
Family Therapy
The goal of family therapy are to improve relationships as well as assisting in managing behavior. The improvement may include reduced fighting among loved ones; better communication where there was previously tension or resentment on either side.
Treatment Plans
The treatment plan is developed in collaboration with the individual. It may include medication and individual/group counseling sessions for depression symptoms among other things to assist them on their journey toward recovery from mental illness
Substance Abuse IOP
We know that each person is unique and their treatment needs are also different. That’s why our Intensive Outpatient Services focuses on helping you take control of your life by taking an approach where we help make decisions for the day-to day activities, one day at a time
Medication Services
Medication services are provided to patients who have medications that they need. This includes providing prescriptions, monitoring and patient education so the right medications can be prescribed for you so that we can help keep our patients as healthy as possible!
